Officer 808′s Exclusive Spoiler on James Caan’s Role in H50

Local radio personality Mike Buck interviewed Hawaii Five-0 Executive Producer Peter Lenkov yesterday, and Officer 808 got an exclusive spoiler from that interview about James Caan’s upcoming appearance on the show.

***SPOILER ALERT***

Father to Scott Caan, who portrays Danny Williams, I’m sure lots of fans assumed an appearance by the legendary James meant he’d be portraying Danny’s father, but that’s not what Officer 808 found out! As they wrote in their blog:

James Caan approached Peter about Scott Caan,’s character, wanting to know if Rachel and Danny get back together, and even pitched a character idea to Peter and Paul Z.  Peter and Paul loved the character and that’s how James’ character came into being.  But the big shocker is that James will not be playing Scott’s father!  Shocking and intriguing!

So now fans are speculating all over the place as to exactly what role the senior Mr. Caan will be playing. On Officer 808′s blog, Five-0 Undercover, some have guessed maybe he’ll be Rachel’s father or even the real Shelburne! We’ll just have to stay tuned to find out!
